Tim did a full kitchen remodel for us. We started the demo in February, and it was completed in April, so in total it took about 3 months. He helped us completely transform our home into a more beautiful, but more importantly, more functional space for us. Tim worked hard and went above and beyond what was expected of him to get the job done quickly for us. He paid attention to all details and made things look really custom, even though we used Ikea cabinets. He showed up on time, held subcontractors accountable, and exceeded expectations. Ultimately we sold our house for much more than we expected, received more than asked, and we believe that it is in large part due to the fact that we had such a beautiful kitchen.
 
Tim is honest, hardworking, and thorough. He did a fabulous job for us and we would absolutely use him again!

I'm so pleased with Tim's work to totally redesign my bathroom.  Since I have only one bathroom in my house , I wanted it to be a room appealing to me and guests alike.  I got that!  Tim kept me up on every step, helping me with choices I was unsure of-I can't say enough about a job so well done!

Bookout Builders completed our first two home projects and were now in the process of a third.  The first involved a master bathroom addition with a walk-in closet, along with some kitchen updates that included removing a load-bearing wall.  The second was a large 400 square feet outbuilding on a concrete slab in our backyard to replace an old shed.  It was a no-brainer who to call when it came time for our third (and biggest) project: adding another bedroom, bathroom, two walk-in closets, and a bonus room.  Not only are their prices competitive, but they're also extremely knowledgeable.  We can't recommend Tim and his crew enough!
